After the first couple of sessions, you will receive a personal curriculum for your child's future tutorials. This means identifying the gaps in their knowledge that need closing and strategising how to address them.This provides a clear structure for how sessions will be planned so absolutely no time is wasted. Every session, online and in person, is then prepared by our tutors using the skills they acquire in their ongoing training.

All our tutors are trained to use Syd's simple and clear "Lesson Recipe" pedagogy, which guarantees fast progress for all students in their tutorials. It means even the least confident of students can pick up and practise knowledge as efficiently and effectively as possible, online and in person. This, paired with our simple step-by-step method, is the key! The philosophy of "Responsive Teaching" underpins our teaching, meaning we track student progress and respond accordingly. All this and more forms a fundamental part of our ongoing tutor training programme.

After each tutorial, you will receive a detailed email from management with clear feedback on what the student got up to in their session, and how they will build on this in the next - just to keep you in the loop! Management continuously observes the teaching and learning happening in our sessions, and we are always ready to communicate any important information to you. Not to mention that we are a tutoring family, so we will always try our best to make you feel at home and comfortable in all of our communications.
